If you are operating early models of automatic slicers (manufactured 1980-1990) there is a reasonable chance that you are experiencing problems with the automatic check weigher attached to the slicer.

Boekels check weighers and slicers, supplied by Dixie - Union, Weber, Alpma and others, are of the highest quality. Unfortunately, water and detergents used for cleaning and disinfection in the slicing room are creating very difficult conditions for the precision weighing instruments. Consequently, problems with the slicer check weighers are possible.

We specialize in reconditioning high-speed check weighers. Even if a check weigher appears to be in very bad condition we can restore it to nearly new condition.
